What is a Pod?

A Pod is a small training group where workouts, progress, and coaching live in one shared feed.People train on their own schedules, but their training isn’t invisible. Every logged workout, set, and form video shows up in the Pod—so progress is shared, accountability is built in, and training feels connected.
