Roses & Lumber is built around Pods—shared spaces where training stays visible and accountability happens naturally. You train on your own schedule, while your progress stays connected to the people you train with. This page walks through how it all fits together.
A Pod is a shared training space for a coach, a group, or just yourself. You can start a Pod or join one you’ve been invited to. Each Pod has its own workouts, activity feed, and history, so nothing gets mixed together.
COACH PODS
Coaches guide training while clients train on their own schedules.

Group Pods
Friends or training partners stay accountable together.

SOLO PODS
Individuals use structure and visibility to stay consistent.

Workouts are assigned or selected inside the Pod, but training is flexible. You complete sessions when it fits your day. There’s no requirement to train at the same time as anyone else.
Your training becomes visible.
As you log workouts, your sets, notes, and progress appear inside the Pod. Over time, patterns become easier to see and feedback becomes more relevant. Everything stays tied to the training itself.
